Last week, I was told how to cook huwatoro omelet.
(huwatoro means soft and is thick.)
So,this Satrday and Sunday, I made two omelet.
Though I used much butter, both omelets is burned and broken.
I want to practise and cook well...

I like fuwatoro omelet!! Last sunday, I try it too!! But, I hadn't enough eggs. So I cannnot success. Good luck next time each other!!
I've never heard of this kind of omelette. Could you show us a photo when you succeed? And how do you write it in Japanese?
