Cooking class

Last week,we made egg-tohu , manju and chikuzenni.
Chikuzenni is...we boil some vegetable,for example carrot, meat, potato, long green onion and so on, and add suger , solt and soy sauce.
It is often said Taste of My Mother.
This means the taste of nimono differ from mother to mother.

I miss my mother's cooking.
