We made Chinese cooking, Kanitama, chinjaorosu and so on.
How to cook Kanitama is... we mix canned crab and egg. Cut long green onion, shiitake and bamboo shoot. Then heat egg and crab with chinese flypan. boil cut vegetables in boiled water. Then add melted katakuriko.
Those were greasy, but Delicious.
